QuickVibe ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how QuickVibe handles information when you use our mobile application.

QuickVibe is designed to work offline-first and stores all user data locally on your device, unless stated otherwise.

The app may collect or access the following data on your device only:

• Photos you add manually
• Voice notes you record
• Mood tags and optional journal entries
• Location (approximate, city-level, used for journaling only)
• Weather (fetched based on location)
• Manually entered music titles

No data is transmitted to our servers in V1.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide core features of the app:

• Helping you capture and reflect on your emotional state
• Displaying mood history and context
• Powering offline mood trends (future update)

We do not collect, sell, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your Android device via secure local storage (Room DB). If you uninstall the app, your data is deleted unless you've exported it.

4. Permissions

QuickVibe may request access to:

• Camera & Photos (to capture moments)
• Microphone (to record voice notes)
• Location (to tag entries with city & weather)

These permissions are optional but recommended for the best experience.

5. Analytics and Ads

The app may use limited, anonymized analytics (e.g., Firebase) to improve functionality. Ads may be shown in future versions (V2+), but no personalized ad tracking is used in V1.

6. Children's Privacy

QuickVibe is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
